The Circus Restaurant may take your personal information when you are either making a reservation or buying a voucher from the restaurant.
Data taken for bookings;
-Your name, phone number and email address. We use these details if we need to contact you with regards to your booking. We may also send an email asking how your meal was and whether you have any feedback for us. The restaurant manager has access to these details.
-Details of the booking such as booking date, no. of covers, personal preferences, food allergies etc. We use this data so we can best cater for you on your visit to us. We occasionally send a single, one off email asking if you have any feedback for us on your experience at The Circus Restaurant. - Your name, phone number, who the voucher is for, email address and postal address. We use this information to process and post you your voucher. This information is stored for one year and is accessed via the restaurant manager.
Bank details
We never store bank details of any kind. We use a secure online payment provider for online bookings/deposits and a business bank account for card transaction within the restaurant.
We do not pass your data on to any third parties. The data relating to your booking is stored in our online reservation software provided to us by a company called ResDiary who have access to the data but will also not pass information on to any other parties or use your data without your expressed consent. The data used to make the booking is kept for up to three years. We use this data to simply look at sales and compare how busy the restaurant has been over various dates.
